At Sledge Club, we want your gear in your hands as fast as possible. Here's how it works.
Free shipping
- FREE shipping on all orders over $75
Processing time
Our tees are made to order, so give us a little time at the crease. Orders are typically shipped within 7 to 14 days of placing your order. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another with tracking once it ships.
Delivery times (after shipment)
- Domestic (US): 2 to 5 business days
- International: 5 to 7 business days, depending on customs clearance
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, and peak periods can add time.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout on all orders over $75.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country (GST, VAT, or similar). These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Sledge Club has no control over these charges.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Give it 24 to 48 hours to start updating.
Wrong address
Double-check your shipping details before you confirm. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us, we'll be in touch to sort a resend (reshipping costs may apply).
Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't turned up well past the estimated window, email hello@sledgeclub.com with your order number and we'll chase it down.
